Step by Step Process
- Get a free storm-related property inspection. Our specialists will assess your property and provide detailed photographs of any damage found, an estimate for necessary repairs, and a recommendation on filing a claim.
- If you decide to file a claim, our representative will work with your insurance carrier and meet with the assigned adjuster to ensure that all damage is agreed upon while they are on site. We work with your insurance carrier to ensure that all storm-related repair work is covered and your out-of-pocket cost doesn’t exceed your deductible.
- After the project, you and your 34 Oak representative will conduct a quality control check to ensure your property is restored to its “pre-storm” condition or better.
- Once the work is complete, final payment is due. If payment is available from your insurance, you can pay it then. If not, 34 Oak will invoice them to release remaining funds. Customers should obtain related warranty information within 7-10 business days of receiving final payment.
